Key Compensation & Perks
- Guaranteed Take-Home Pay: 5969 RON Net/month (5569 RON base 400 RON work-setup allowance)

- Rare Overtime: Weekend work is exceptionally rare; any overtime carries a 25% premium rate
Work Schedule & Setup
- Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday 09:0018:00 (No weekend shifts!)
- Hybrid Balance: 3 days on-site (MonWed) at our District 4 office 2 days Work From Home (ThuFri)
- Paid Training: 1 week of fully paid onboarding (MonFri 10:0017:00)
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent Contract
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Advanced/C1C2 German (written & spoken) and B2 English for internal team communications
- Location: Must be locally based and able to commute to our District 4 Bucharest office 3 days a week
- Customer Care: Experience or strong aptitude in handling phone email and live-chat interactions
- Skills: Proactive empathetic and solution-oriented with solid computer literacy (MS Office CRM tools)
- Growth Mindset: Comfort with helping customers documenting interactions and cross-selling relevant solutions
