Your Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the distribution of our products within the iGaming vertical, with a specific focus on the East Europe region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payments, fintech, and iGaming, with a proven ability to forge strategic partnerships and deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Present our technical products and payment solutions to senior stakeholders and C-level prospects.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
• Identify high-value prospects and contribute to the development of regional sales strategies.
• Develop new sales partnerships with key merchants and operators with a strong presence across Europe.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and performance transparency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to tailor value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in payments, fintech, or iGaming.
• Proven capability to engage senior decision-makers and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in solution selling methodologies, able to navigate technical, commercial, and compliance discussions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets within a competitive environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Strong European market awareness and willingness to travel frequently across multiple regions.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Croatian) is a strong advantage.

The annual base salary range for this role is EUR 28,000- 40,000 (gross Bulgaria)/PLN 147,000 - 190,000 (gross Poland)/RON 203,000 - 260,000 (gross Romania)/ EUR 39,000 - 49,000 (gross Cyprus). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
