Quality System Responsible

For over 20 years, CSi Romania has been manufacturing palletising equipment and complete palletising solutions for leading global brands. Headquartered in Cluj-Napoca with a production facility in Reghin, we are part of Mpac Group, present in 80 countries with over 1,000 specialists dedicated to industrial automation.

For our Romanian team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as Quality Management Systems Responsible /Quality, HSE & Environment Responsible.

What we're looking for:

- University degree (preferably, in Engineering);

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry

- Experience in managing external audits

- Internal auditor certification (Integrated Management System)

- Good command of English (written and spoken)

- HSE training and hands-on experience are an advantage.

What you'll do:

- Monitors and improvs the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

- Develops and updates procedures, objectives and improvement plans in the areas of quality, environment and HSE

- Plans and coordinates internal audits

- Liaising with external auditors and providing support to relevant departments

- Manages non-conformities and tracks the implementation of corrective actions

- Trains staff on ISO procedures and standards

- Prepares specific reports
