About the role

Technical Customer Support Representative role with a confidential international home appliances company, providing German-language voice support and technical troubleshooting for customers. Model: On-site Bucharest for first 3 months → hybrid possible (performance dependant & not granted / guaranteed by default!). What you'll do

• Technical Customer Support

What we're looking for

• German C1
• No English requirement
• Technical/customer support profile
• Available for 7 September training start
• Willing to work on-site in Bucharest for the first 3 months
• Legal right to work in Romania / valid work permit
• Available for full-time employment
• Willing to work rotational hours within the operating schedule Work-model:
• On-site (Bucharest) for the first 3 months; hybrid available afterwards based on performance

Salary

Base salary: 7250 RON gross (~1450 Euro Gross)/month

Benefits

• Transportation allowance: 120 RON (~25 euro net)
• Meal tickets: currently the company offers daily meal tickets of 35 RON/worked day (~140 Euro)
• Performance Bonus (after probation period)
• > 3 months: 1,000 RON Gross (~200 euro gross)
• > 12 months: 1,250 RON Gross (~250 euro gross)
• > 24 months: 1,750 RON Gross (~350 euro gross)
• Additionally, Signing Bonus: Total: 3,000 EUR gross Payment structure:
• Paid in 6 monthly installments
• 500 EUR gross per month

Relocation support

• If the candidates is not yet located in Bucharest/Romania we offer:
• Relocation Package – Romania (Bucharest)
• Relocation to Romania / Bucharest
• 6 months rent allowance: €500 gross per month (total €3,000 gross)
• Transportation coverage from the candidate’s current location to Bucharest
