About the role

You will be the marketing backbone for our 6 hotels in Bucharest, Romania and 1 hotel in Venice, Italy (with more to open soon). Your job will be to supervise the marketing activities and KPIs and to make sure every hotel in your region has marketing people and practices that work.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being the person hotels call first - coach, quality bar and problem-solver in one.

What you'll do

• Act as the first line of marketing support for hotel teams: channels, campaigns, tools, brand platform know-how for Hilton and Marriott hotels;

• Visit your hotels regularly - run marketing audits on-site, agree action points and follow through;

• Coach and develop on-property marketers; onboard new ones to our standards and build them into a community, not solo operators;

• Implement marketing standards across the region and across brands: channel hygiene, brand compliance, campaign processes;

• Coordinate brand (franchisor) requirements and audits;

• Guide annual marketing planning and budgets with each hotel's GM and marketer (across all outlets: restaurants, bars, SPA and M&E);

• Work with vetted agencies and freelancers from our shared partner network: help hotels brief well, evaluate delivered work, escalate when quality slips;

• Collect and report the region's marketing performance data on an agreed rhythm; step in to keep marketing running when a hotel marketer is on leave or a position is vacant;

• Support recruitment of hotel marketers together with GMs and the marketing team lead.

What we expect

• 3+ years of hands-on, multi-channel marketing experience; hospitality or multi-site background is a strong plus;

• Working knowledge of hotel brand platforms and programs (Hilton / Marriott) - or the ability to master them fast;

• Being a natural coach: teach, give clear feedback and help other people improve;

• Being structured and self-sufficient - you'll be hands-on with the hotels in your region, spending your time where they are, not behind a desk at HQ;

• Languages: Romanian and English fluent, Italian would be an advetage;

• Readiness to travel regularly across Romania and Italy.
