We are looking for a Franchise Manager to support the development and expansion of a growing franchise network. The role will focus on identifying new growth opportunities supporting franchise partners throughout the development process and ensuring that each location operates in line with the brands standards and business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines a strong business development mindset with operational awareness and the ability to build long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Support the development and implementation of the companys franchise expansion strategy.
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and new business opportunities.
Manage the relationship with franchisees throughout the onboarding opening and operational phases.
Support new location openings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in the process.
Ensure franchise partners comply with brand standards operational procedures and quality requirements.
Monitor the performance of franchise locations and provide recommendations for operational and commercial improvement.
Support franchisees with business planning operational challenges and performance optimization.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of franchise procedures standards and documentation.
Monitor market trends competitors and potential locations for future expansion.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise partners.
Previous experience in franchise development franchise management business expansion or a similar role.
Experience in developing or supporting franchise networks is required.
Previous experience within the HoReCa food service hospitality or restaurant industry represents a strong advantage.
Good understanding of business operations commercial performance and franchise models.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Commercial mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Availability to travel depending on business and franchise development needs.
