Purpose

The GSOC Process Specialist supports the continuous improvement and standardization of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) processes.

The role owns the development and maintenance of operational processes, SOPs, KPI’s, documentation and budget tracking. It also ensures effective use of Jira and Confluence and works directly with corporate teams and IDEMIA sites to identify gaps and implement improvements

Key Missions

Process & Documentation

• Develop, maintain and improve GSOC processes, SOPs, workflows, and work instructions.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Maintain accurate and accessible operational documentation in Confluence.
• Ensure process changes are documented and communicated.
• Track and support in Budget tracking

Jira & Operational Tracking

• Use Jira and Confluence as daily operational tools.
• Track incidents, actions, improvements, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and trends from operational data.

Incident & Reporting

• Coordinate incident documentation and follow-up actions.
• Review incidents to identify process gaps and lessons learned.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and management summaries.

Site & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work directly with GSOC operators, site teams, Security, IT, Facilities and Engineering.
• Participate in process walkthroughs, operational reviews, and testing.
• Visit IDEMIA sites when required to understand operations, validate processes, and support improvements.

Security Operations

• Develop a strong understanding of GSOC, physical security processes and supporting technologies.
• Become familiar with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and incident management systems.
• Provide process and documentation support to the operational team.
• Drive improvement and project deployment across the functional

Profile & Other Information

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, Security Management or a related field.
• Experience in operations, process management, business analysis, service management or a similar role.
• Experience creating processes, SOPs and operational documentation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and distributed sites.
• Experience in security operations or GSOC is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to IDEMIA sites when required.
