Job Description
What We Need
Brady is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our global outbound digital marketing activities and drive successful campaign execution through marketing automation.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Marketo to design, build, and optimize marketing campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and new product awareness across multiple regions, including Americas, Europe, META, LATAM, and APAC.
You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, guiding marketing automation best practices, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring that all activities align with Brady's brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing technology, campaign performance, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using Marketo, supporting global demand generation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Design, build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns across multiple regions while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with Brady brand standards.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to implement campaign plans and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Support lead nurturing, product awareness, and demand-generation programs through effective marketing automation strategies.
• Monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and engagement metrics, using data and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Support project management activities, including campaign scheduling, resource coordination, documentation, and workflow management.
• Apply best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign execution while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality assurance of campaigns and production-ready content prior to deployment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive marketing automation excellence and improve customer engagement outcomes.

Qualifications
What You'll Need to Be Successful
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing project management with a focus on marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Marketo and campaign programming.
• Experience developing and executing digital marketing and email campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms.
• Experience supporting global marketing teams and multi-region campaign execution.
• Knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing operations best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Workfront.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
