DRINGEND GESUCHT: KUNDENBERATER (M/W/D) – DEUTSCH & ENGLISCH (Bitte aufmerksam lesen: Nur Bewerber, die die Sprach- und Standortkriterien erfüllen, werden im Auswahlprozess berücksichtigt) WICHTIGSTE ANFORDERUNGEN & RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN (Must-Haves): Sprachen: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf Fortgeschrittenen-/C1-C2-Niveau UND mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch für die interne Kommunikation. Standort: Bukarest, Rumänien (Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, 3 Tage pro Woche ins Büro in Sektor 4 zu pendeln). Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid (3 Tage vor Ort, 2 Tage Remote). Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 09:00 - 18:00 Uhr (Vollzeitverfügbarkeit). Vertragsart: Unbefristeter Vollzeitvertrag mit mehreren verfügbaren Startterminen. VERGÜTUNG & BENEFITS: Netto-Gesamtgrundgehalt: 5.969 RON Netto/Monat (Bestehend aus 5.569 RON Netto-Grundgehalt + 400 RON Netto-Zulage für Hybrid/Home-Office-Ausstattung). Essensgutscheine: 25 RON pro Arbeitstag, monatlich auf eine Pluxee-Karte geladen. Boni: Leistungsboni basierend auf CSAT und Servicequalitäts-KPIs. Zusatzverdienst: Zusätzliche Einnahmen durch Cross-Selling/Upselling-Möglichkeiten. Überstunden: Wochenend-/Überstundeneinsätze sind selten, werden aber mit einem Aufschlag von 25 % vergütet. IHRE AUFGABEN: Werden Sie Teil unseres dynamischen Teams in Bukarest in einer hybriden Rolle mit Fokus auf Kundeninteraktion. Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Live-Chat. Nutzung von CRM-Systemen zur genauen Dokumentation aller Kundeninteraktionen. Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Eskalation komplexer Probleme bei Bedarf. Identifizierung und Verfolgung von Cross-Selling- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten. IHR PROFIL: Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder die Fähigkeit, Interaktionen über Telefon, E-Mail und Live-Chat zu steuern. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und aktives Zuhören mit einer proaktiven, geduldigen, einfühlsamen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise. Gute Computerkenntnisse und Vertrautheit mit MS Office. Erfahrung in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen und Offenheit für Cross-Selling/Upselling. Schulungsplan: Verfügbarkeit von Montag-Freitag, 10:00-17:00 Uhr für 1 Woche Schulung
