Tasks

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, experienced across APO, CSM and ITSM, to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform best practices.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Experience : 6+ years
• Architect / Tech Lead Experience : 3+ years
• CMDB & ITOM Discovery
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance)
• CSM module (customer workflows)
• Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks.
• Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams).

Effort : Full time

Way of working : Remote – with 2–3 hours daily overlap with US business hours
