MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and maintain customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both configuration and development, a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, and experience integrating the platform with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET.

Customize forms and user interfaces using JavaScript and frameworks like jQuery.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST, SOAP, OData, or Azure Logic Apps.

Leverage Azure Services (Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) to enhance and automate Dynamics 365 processes.

Develop solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Create custom Power Platform solutions and integrate them into Dynamics 365.

Work with SQL Server and Azure SQL Database for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Perform data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its architecture.

Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 modules.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.

Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.

Knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform tools.

Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Field Service, Customer Service, or Sales modules in Dynamics 365.

Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques using Power BI.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI / CD processes.
