Requirements

  • Proven experience in vendor / supplier management, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in international or technical environments)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess vendor performance and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vendor management systems or procurement software (a plus)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage

Key Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate and review supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness) and implement improvements
  • Onboard and integrate new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and documentation requirements
  • Act as the main contact for supplier inquiries and issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams to align vendor strategies with company objectives
  • Monitor and analyze costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and savings without compromising quality
  • Implement best practices and policies for vendor management, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
