Job descriptionNegotiate and review supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company Continuously evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness) and implement improvements Onboard and integrate new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and documentation requirements Act as the main contact for supplier inquiries and issue resolution Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams to align vendor strategies with company objectives Monitor and analyze costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and savings without compromising quality Implement best practices and policies for vendor management, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations Competitive salary package Being part of an international, dynamic work environment Professional development (seminars, courses) Paid time off (PTO) such as sick days and vacation days Medical Insurance (MedLife) Opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making in a growing international company. Requirements
- Proven experience in vendor / supplier management, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in international or technical environments)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess vendor performance and drive improvements
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of vendor management systems or procurement software (a plus)
- Advanced English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage
