Webasto is looking for :
Jobprofile
Develop / supervise and check measurement programs for coordinate measurement equipment
Perform the measurements with classic measuring equipment( caliper , micrometer ,etc) and Coordinate Measuring Machines
- Report to his superior about out of tolerance measurements
- Monitors the load on each measurement equipments for maximum performance / balance them
- 3D measurements for new tools approval (cross check tool makers dimensions, main dimensions, %, capabilities), changed or modified tools validation
- Maintain records of measurement results
- QA reports (measurement reports, investigation reports)
- Work with drawings ; specifications ; work instructions ; standards
- Performs the product audits of equipment, personnel and floor and keeps records
- Assures technical support for the personal regarding the product audit, and the usage of measuring equipments
- Provides specialized technical support to implement new projects or implement changes required by the client
- Communicate and feedback any information which will enable the organization to improve itself
- Undertake job with positive attitude, dedication and enthusiasm
