As part of Pluxee's transformation and the implementation of a multi-country Digital Marketing Spoke model, this role is crucial in driving data-informed decisions and optimizing digital strategies across various platforms. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting key metrics to help optimize customer journeys and digital marketing performance, focusing specifically on the countries within your Digital Marketing Spoke.
Your next challenge
As an Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Poland. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Spoke team, leveraging analytics tools to gain insights and support decision-making that drives business growth and enhances the overall customer experience.
What you'll be doing :
Analyze and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and user behavior across digital touchpoints in Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Poland.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics platforms to track performance and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with digital marketing, product, and UX / UI teams to provide data-driven insights that optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and overall user experience.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize website performance, digital marketing strategies, and the overall customer experience.
Present data findings and performance insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders across the business, ensuring that data is accessible and actionable.
Stay up to date with the latest analytics trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that analysis methods and tools are always at the cutting edge.
Collaborate with Journey, CRO, and Performance teams to support experimentation, A / B testing, and optimization of B2B / B2M customer journeys.
Contribute to building AI-powered solutions, such as automated reports, AI-driven insights, that help teams make faster, data-informed decisions.
You're a match
Minimum 3-5 years years of experience in data analysis, with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and others.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer behavior analysis, and performance tracking.
Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, UX / UI, and product teams.
Full working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including reporting, data flows, and system integration to support marketing and sales operations.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tag configuration, event tracking, and troubleshooting.
Interest in or experience with AI-powered tools for marketing analytics (e.g., predictive insights, automated reporting, AI agents).

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. You will report to the Spoke Operations Manager and work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product.
