YOUR MISSION

Identify and approach potential candidates across Eastern Europe , the Middle East , and Africa for various engineering, technology, and IT roles
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for Identer's projects
Work closely with the recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with project requirements
Stay updated on talent trends and market conditions in the specified regions to inform recruitment strategies

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

Success in sourcing candidates for engineering, technology, or IT positions

Solid Knowhow in MS Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication skills, and a knack for connecting with people

Sharp research instincts , analytical and detail-loving

The ability to work independently and collaborate virtually

Good English (German or Slavic are a plus)

Loads of entrepreneurial enthusiasm
