As a Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) Cluster South-East, you will work closely with the Cluster Manager and Business Development Managers in the region, developing marketing plans for key countries (RO, HU, BG, HR, RS) and supporting activities in others by adapting marketing materials. You will travel and meet our partners, understand local needs and support developing the MOTUL business in the region.

YOUR TASKS : MARKETING IS YOUR PASSION

Together with the sales team, you develop trade marketing activities
You prepare and execute plans for product launches
In collaboration with an agency, you create all advertising and promotional materials
You cooperate with the central marketing team as well as the HQ for the conception and planning of market launches, campaigns and diversification initiatives
Adaptation of the global and regional strategy and tactics to the operative
Run the MOTUL web site and supervise all social media activities accordingly
Supervise and run point-of-sale materials (POSM) warehouse
Take part in all sponsored motorsport activities and organize Motul stands on all exhibitions, rallies, trainings, customer meetings
Manage the marketing budget

Profile

YOUR PROFILE : QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

You are passionate about motor sports and have professional experience in the marketing environment? If you recognise yourself in the following points, we should get to know each other :

University degree in marketing, communication or similar

You are comfortable in working with MS Office

You have good team working and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently

Located in Bucharest

Proficiency in English, written and spoken
