Operations Specialist

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development. Promise Group Romania started its operations in 2024 and is already an active distributor in the market.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Operations Specialist in Romania!

Key Responsibilities :

Providing o perational support for sales processes .

Collaborating with Finance, Legal , Compliance , Marketing, Orders & Delivery departments : e xecuting procedures and preparing documentation .

Ensuring proper p rocedure s and processes execution .

Providing document management .

Supporting invoicing processes .

Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and proposing improvements .

Implementing best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency .

Our Requirements :

3 + years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with document and process management tools .

Proficiency in Excel ( c reating simple reports , building pivot tables ) .

Proficiency in Romanian (C1+ level ).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written .

Attention to detail and accuracy .

Excellent time management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
