Decathlon Logistics is looking for an HR Business Partner who will guarantee the best employee and manager experience by implementing and leads all the HR processes for Logistics teammates.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives. You will collaborate with key business leaders and managers to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Support logistic projects through HR activities.
- Ensure key leader development through talent reviews and training plans.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Leader & Co-Leader to ensure business unit teams follow up on Country priorities.
- Monitor the social climate within the business unit, including data analysis, human turnover analysis, etc.
- Foster connections and collaboration with other business units within the country (retail).
- Contribute to strategy co-creation (practicing strategic project management and co-creating business strategy).
- Serve as a local ambassador of company values and intentions .
- Lead by example in all actions.
- Guarantee the creation of a strong internal culture to maximize employee potential.
- Support diversity and inclusion in business and talent decisions within the business unit.
- Encourage inclusion and promote workplace diversity through practical application.
- Manage and maintain the HR Processes in collaboration with HR Specialists : Workforce Management, Recruitment (Internal / External), Onboarding, Contract & Time Management, Total Reward, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Work Together, and Offboarding.
- Comply with local legislation, rules, ethics, and social requirements.
- Listen to and understand the needs of employees and the business unit.
