What to expect:

Attached to the Synthesis Validation Pilot, you will carry out the following principal missions:

  • Build the optimized prototype plan in coherence with the validation plan (generic and applied).
  • Manage the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) optimization of the proto plan of the projects.
  • Argue in Project Synthesis Meeting Validation (RPSV) the choice of prototypes according to according to the validations and the technical definition of the project.
  • Contribute to identify the business background actions on validation plans and prototype plans in order to optimize the prototype costs of future projects.
  • Capitalize on your experience and be a force of in the evolution of tools and methods on your activity perimeter.

What you bring along:

  • We are looking for an Engineer with a higher degree in Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. You should have an in depth knowledge of a significant project management experience and you have already managed automotive prototype projects.
  • You should have a good capacity of analysis and synthesis, as well as a certain distance on the finality of a validation and the relevance of a prototype.
  • You have a good level of English, and are able to read, analyze and write documents in this language, as well as to lead working meetings.
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and curious, you have good interpersonal skills and are able to lead projects with different interlocutors.
  • Good English and French language skills are necessary.
