Our growth journey has already brought us success in South-East Europe, and now we are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to strengthen our presence in this market.
Are you ready to make a real impact in the solar industry? In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business in South-East Europe (focus area : Bulgaria and Romania). You will engage with clients, identify opportunities, and guide them through the entire sales process. You will report to the Sales Manager South-East Europe.
Your responsibilities
Your days will be dynamic and full of opportunities to drive sales and expand our footprint in the region. You will :
v Identify and connect with potential clients, including project developers, corporates, distributors, EPC companies, and large residential installers.
v Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their solar energy journey.
v Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their needs and business objectives.
v Proactively pursue new business opportunities and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
v Negotiate and close deals that bring value to both PVO and our clients.
v Stay informed about industry trends, legislation, market development and competitor activities to keep us ahead of the curve.
v Provide insights and feedback to help improve our products and services continuously.
v Position PVO International as a leading player in the solar industry in South-East Europe.
v Work closely with your international sales colleagues, counterparts in The Netherlands and you manager to align strategies and contribute to team meetings and discussions about market dynamics and opportunities.

v Experienced in sales at a trading organization, with at least five years of experience—background in the solar industry is required.
v A self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

v Fluent in a local Eastern European language (native level) and proficient in English.
