Job description

Your Tasks

You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to agile methods
You support agile teams by facilitating specific phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members
Supporting the team for better self-organization and creative solution-finding
Supporting the team in removing obstacles and optimizing processes
Coaching the Scrum team with the goal of further improving performance and quality
Promoting the development of an agile mindset - individually, at the team level, and in the organization as a whole
You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders
You analyze and improve the agile practices of your customers, taking into account processes, culture, and technology
You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops

Your Profile

You have proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment

An internalized agile mindset with which to inspire and motivate the environment

Empathy & communication skills, strong team spirit as well as very good methodological skills in facilitation, change management, and team development

Methodological skills e. g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

You have experience in using agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps)

Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5-6 times a year)

Business fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
