ISG International Service GroupRomaniaFor our client, a company that offers solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transportation, we are looking for a : Deputy Production Manager - Timisoara In this role, you are part of Manufacturing & Logistics function, and focus on refining the planning, organization, and coordination of production activities as a strong partner to Production Manager. Your main responsibilities of this role will be to : Shape and learn. Dedicate time to learn about operational topics, ongoing projects and production activities and take ownership to actively shape your responsibilities and remit to ensure future business success in production. Create and improve. We are looking for a collaborative team player to strive in a creative way for quality improvements and reduction of non-conform materials as well as ensuring our safety measures and adjusting if necessary. Engage and communicate. You will have to communicate a lot with your plant manager and their management board, your super-intendents and of course your employees and people working on the shop floor. The major purpose is to motivate, engage and coach them for best performance. Develop and grow. Our people are in the center of our strategy and therefor topics like learning and development are of utmost importance. Your role is to ensure a safe learning environment in the plants, where people strive for growth and constant moving out of their comfort zone. Your key strengths and qualification include : Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in an automotive and or tire manufacturing facility. Minimum 3 years of previous leadership experience-ideally lead multidisciplinary teams. Advanced knowledge about PROMT Methodologies, SPS Methods, SPC. Has lead projects (project management structure). Has worked in a highly complex industry (number of articles produced / day or big number of machines sequenced daily). Advanced English level. Worked in international teams and environment.
