Represent all operational teams at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level Ensure we are hiring and training the right people in all operational teams Provide leadership support to direct reports and ensure they are delivering against their OKRs Manage all company-wide transition / change plans / certifications / audits Help set and monitor the operational team's OKRs. Improve the business OKRs through process adjustments, based on analysis and collaboration with other departments. Manage all operational team budgets and capacity plans. Ensure there is high visibility of the work being done inside operations to the rest of the business Set and own the strategic direction for operations throughout the business Support the hiring of A player talent through Define a strong culture that ensures that your team is happy in their roles and employee retention is high, evidenced by a > Ensure everyone in your department is always learning with consistent use of retrospectives, general and targeted employee training.
