Our client, a leading company in the industrial sector, is seeking a Branch Manager for their Cluj location. As the Branch Manager, you will be integral in ensuring successful project execution, supporting your team, and managing various business and legal aspects in Romania.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the Cluj branch, including a team of programmers and service staff.
• Coordinate and allocate projects, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Provide support and guidance to employees, maintaining a cohesive team.
• Handle all legal and business matters related to the Romanian operations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships in Romania and Hungary.
• Act as the liaison to the German headquarters.
• Organize and manage a newly furnished, modern office space.
• Be prepared to travel approximately 20% of the time.
