Strategic Insights Manager RoMoBu

What this position is about :

The position is responsible for providing strategic insights on all Tobacco categories based on research data as well as data analysis for formulating portfolio, brand, trade, and distribution strategies. He / she will run marketing research projects and relationships with research agencies and will ensure in-time and quality delivery of all data sets / information for any of the markets in the Cluster (Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova).

What will you do - Responsibilities :

• Apply market research data to derive strategic insights on Tobacco categories.
• Handle research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with research agencies to apply their expertise and resources effectively.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threatsin the market.
• Conduct pricing studies, social media listening, and retail audit data analysis to advise strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams toprovide support and insights for the development and execution of e-portfolio, brand, trade, and distribution strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapemarket.
