CERINȚELE POSTULUI :

Învățământ superior (farmacie, chimie, inginerie chimică)
Cel puțin 12 luni de experiență în coordonarea de echipe;
Experiență în producția de medicamente - minim 1 an poate constitui un avantaj;
Bune cunoștințe privind Regulile de Bună Practică Farmaceutică;
Cunoașterea procesului de fabricație și a procedurilor standard de operare;
Bune abilități de planificare și organizare;
Atenție analitică și capacitatea de a corecta comportamente nedorite;
Abilități de organizare, prioritizare și de luare a deciziilor;
Atenție distributivă cu observarea detaliilor care au impact asupra procesului de fabricație;
Orientare spre rezultate, evaluarea riscurilor pentru a obține rezultatele dorite;
Stil de management participativ;
Disponibilitate de a lucra în schimburi; 4 Ture
Cunoșterea limbii engleze – nivel mediu.

RESPONSABILITĂȚI :

Coordonează activitatea echipei aflate sub supravegherea sa;

Definește și repartizează activitățile turei pe care o coordonează, verifică îndeplinirea acestora și valorifică resursele umane și echipamentele pentru îndeplinirea planului de producție, cu respectarea Regulilor de Bună Practică Farmaceutică;

Monitorizează realizarea indicatorilor de performanță, propunând măsuri de eliminare a deficiențelor apărute în fluxul tehnologic din punct de vedere al costurilor;

Raportează toate abaterile apărute pe fluxul coordonat;

Instruiește și motivează echipa pe care o coordonează;

Se implică direct în sistemul de control al schimbărilor care au loc în cadrul departamentului.
