Team Leader Business Control

Job descriptionOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align financial goals with business objectives. (Planning & Control cycle) Serve as a key liaison between finance and other departments, providing financial expertise and support to drive business results. SocGen requests on reporting for ECB requirements to get KPI’s, Trajectory plans of 3 years. Global IT project business cases. Lead the development and execution of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance. Use / implement management accounting tooling to use predictive modelling for forecasting, budgeting.

Business Control :
- Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
