Finance Manager SSC

Job Description

Finance Manager is responsible for all finance function activities related to the plant. Main areas of responsibility include Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and all operational finance processes, ensuring coordination with the Shared Service Center.

Responsible for all finance operations related to the plant

Manage and execute preparation of all plant related reporting activities including management reporting, group reporting and legal declarations

Manage and execute preparation of plant budget and monthly forecasts

Responsible of period-end closing activities for the location including coordination of other departments and SSC

Ensure cost accounting calculations are performed and lead SSC on transactional cost accounting processes

Responsible of IFRS conversion and reporting

Coordinate relations with external auditors and provide support

Act as a first point of contact for SSC on location specific issues regarding invoice processing, payment processing, fixed asset operations

Handle legal declarations (Public Disclosure Platform, Tax Reporting etc.)

Manage employees including recruitment, performance management and career development

Design and deliver of training to ensure the qualification / development of employees within the team

Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion within budget and schedule to meet corporate requirements

Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and standards

Generate and validate management reports to provide clear and precise information for decision making

Bachelor’s degree and / or MBA in Economics or Finance

Minimum 10 and 5+ leadership experience

English – Advanced

Very good knowledge of SAP FI

Team management and empowering others

Ability to work with other cultures, build relationships

Ability to communicate with 3rd party financial experts and regulatory bodies
