Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in the printing industry , preferably in the area of self-adhesive labels, shrinksleeve, or wraparound labels . The ideal candidate will be responsible for tailoring and executing the company’s commercial strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and maintaining key client relationships.
This is a senior strategic role that requires both a strong commercial acumen and in-depth industry experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the label segment (self-adhesive, shrinksleeve, wraparound).
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients in Romania and abroad.
Coordinate the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Work closely with production and technical departments to ensure product feasibility and optimal delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt the sales approach as needed.
Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Prepare regular performance reports and market analyses for executive management.
Develop contact network in the group sales community
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales within the printing industry – required experience in labels (self-adhesive, sleeve, wraparound).
Previous experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Director / Regional Manager / Key Account Director).
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop strategic business plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness and availability for frequent travel (both national and international).
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – required.
Driving license (category B) – required.
