You'll be responsible for
- Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards
- Manage the T&C team
- Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field
in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy and compliance with Alstom’ strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards.
Overwiew :
Responsible of the QCD commitment of the T&C Work PackagePro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and theexternal interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers.
Deploys T&C process on the field and make sure it is applied by the T&C team within the projectPro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for T&C activitiesDelivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issuesManages the T&C team : Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination Trains and supports people in T&C activities Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competencyManages the tools and organize accurate calibrationAnticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery…)Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test contextMonitors / manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution / system requirementsIssues the REX on T&C activities, and propose update / improvement of the T&C way of working / process / tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performanceAll about you

Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experienceMultiple years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projectsExperience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectivesDeep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global viewInterface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholdersMinimum 5 years, as site manager, in installation worksPrevious experience in a major Infrastructure Project or major Company Branch Management is requiredRigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
