Laureati in qualsiasi disciplina o studenti universitari sono benvenuti. Capacità dimostrata di ottenere le informazioni necessarie dai clienti con un forte accento sulla risoluzione dei problemi. Competenza in Microsoft Office e Outlook. Disponibilità a lavorare in un ambiente di contact center (lavoro a tempo pieno in ufficio). Join our vibrant Contact Center team, where you’ll effortlessly navigate customer requests, from booking inquiries to seamless reservation changes and everything in between, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction at every turn. Communicate with customers through various channels in Italian and English. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Proficient writing and speaking skills in Italian (C1 level) are essential, with English proficiency required at a B2 level . Prior experience in an international airline environment / operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus. Specialized skills including effective communication and customer service, with experience in BPO / contact centers being beneficial. Graduates in any discipline or undergraduates are welcome. Demonstrated ability to source necessary information from customers with a strong emphasis on issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. - Essere il faro di un servizio eccezionale, illuminando ogni interazione con i clienti con calore ed esperienza attraverso vari canali di comunicazione : telefonate, email e piattaforme di social media.
- Unisciti al nostro vivace team del Contact Center, dove navigherai senza sforzo tra le richieste dei clienti, dalle richieste di prenotazione ai cambiamenti di prenotazione senza intoppi e tutto il resto, garantendo una soddisfazione senza pari ad ogni passo.
- Comunicare con i clienti attraverso vari canali in italiano e inglese.
- Rispondere prontamente alle richieste dei clienti.
- Mantenere un atteggiamento positivo, empatico e professionale verso i clienti in ogni momento.
- Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente e fornire un supporto clienti professionale.
