Job role
- The role will manage and drive the rollout, implementation and ongoing development of the AZ Technology Group Compliance Management System, while being aligned to the Group / Central requirements.
- The role will report locally to the Head of Finance and have a strong functional reporting to the relationship Manager / Regional Manager responsible for Compliance function across the business segment of Allianz Services within Allianz Technology organization
What you will do
Creation of Awareness with respect various requirements under the Code of Conduct of Allianz and to promote values and ethics desired by Allianz in the day to day functioning of the organization and its employees.Regulatory Change Monitoring with respect to the scope / jurisdiction under responsibility and support the relevant team for interpretation and risk assessments. Run oversight and governance for the Legal Change Monitoring systems.Manage Compliance incidents (non-compliance flags, whistle blowing) as per internal process and by conducting appropriate inquiry / enquiry by engaging relevant experts or by self.Manage, identify and flag compliance risks appropriately according to the Company’s Risk appetite and internal reporting requirements.Establish and implement an annual Compliance Plan; Execution of the Compliance functions strategies, operational requirements to have an effective, robust compliance management system (CMS).Coordination of measures to prevent and detect compliance breaches by performing department controls and spot checks;Responsible for reporting, documenting and escalating on breaches and non-adherences of internal corporate rules and external regulations.Handling potential conflict of interest situations at company level;Documentation and monitoring of compliance-related processes as well as monitoring of measures for process improvement.Promote a culture of Compliance and Integrity by being a trusted partner for Senior Management;Providing Compliance Training & Communication;Collaborating across global teams within the Regional structure or Central Compliance structure or business leadership structures.Engage with internal stakeholders for Compliance Risk assessments, Risk control documentation and effective Control testing.What you bring
University degree in Law from a top tier accredited institution or minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance function / internal audit / legal functions, handling similar job responsibilities as aboveMinimum 10 years post educational experience in Financial, Law, similar areas.Strong knowledge in Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, Economic Sanctions and Legal change monitoring and internal investigationsHigh ethics and integrityDeep understanding of local legal system is an advantage.You have
An excellent understanding of compliance framework and its implementation;Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with good fluency in English language.Awareness of the business impact, the need for and justification of compliance in corporate environment;Ability to communicate and explain the context of need for control, regulations etc. and the benefits of taking action;Strong presentation skills;Proven report writing skills;What we offer
