As Growth Marketing Manager, this role  will come with an overall grasp of all in-house marketing activities with comprehensive understanding of technology solution sales; bringing the perfect mix of creative work and data-driven delivery.

This will be a hands-on role requiring both daily execution and long term strategic planning, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs across time zones - and above all, deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze customer insights and trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Develop, Coordinate and Deliver detailed marketing plans with specific objectives across different regions, channels and segments.
• Manage marketing budget and establish priorities.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, press releases, webinars, events, trade shows from start to finish.
• Write compelling copy for our website, emails, and social media.
• Plan, create, and launch engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and connect with our audience.
• Maintain and develop the company website and social presence.
• Plan and  support paid media campaigns, understanding how to reach our target audience and deliver success.
• Enable the sales teams to deliver their best by providing insight, producing useful collateral and implementing constant improvement from lessons learned.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting using our tools and extract key insights for leadership decision making, brand development, future campaign planning and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with external marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and web design, preferably within the software or tech industry.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are critical. Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles would be great to have. Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
