What you'll bring along

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of network security measures, ensuring the protection of digital assets and the integrity of the organization's network infrastructure
• Leading a team of network security professionals and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of network security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the network infrastructure against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Managing and mentoring a team of network security engineers, fostering collaboration and productivity while providing guidance for successful project execution
• Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and developing mitigation strategies to address identified risks
• Leading the response to network security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution, and performing post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences
• Implementing and maintaining security monitoring tools to track network health and performance, analyzing logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential threats
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while staying informed about best practices and emerging trends in network security
• Collaborating with network, server, and application teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage and seamless integration of security measures
• Maintaining detailed documentation of network security configurations, procedures, and incident reports, and providing regular updates to senior management on security efforts
• Developing and delivering training programs to raise staff awareness of their roles in maintaining network security, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization
• Managing relationships with security vendors and service providers, evaluating and selecting security solutions that align with organizational requirements
