Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects related to licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key part in ensuring our operations meet all legal and industry requirements, while supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include :

• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, scheduling, and recordkeeping
• Managing licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewals and full regulatory compliance
• Communicating clearly with government agencies, clients, and internal teams
• Conducting research on licensing procedures and regulatory updates
• Identifying and resolving issues in license applications or compliance documentation
• Supporting inquiries related to licensing processes
• Balancing multiple licensing tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Work schedule : Monday - Friday from 15 : 00 till 23 : 00
