Our client is a dynamic international organization, a global market leader for customized material handling systems based on spiral conveying technology. The company is based in Netherlands and operates in Romania through the branch of Jucu, Cluj County.

Accounts Payable

Job Summary :

The Accounts Payable will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of all company expenditures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, review, and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Monitor and analyze discrepancies and resolve invoice issues with vendors and internal departments.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of expense reports, including receipts and supporting documentation.
• Set up new vendors in the accounting system, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, answer payment inquiries, and handle any related issues.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and accounts.
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports and other relevant financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.
