About this Position
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive and implement the sales strategy across the counties of Harghita, Covasna, Brașov, Sibiu, Alba, Hunedoara, Timiș, Caraș-Severin and Arad, ensuring target achievement, product availability, and effective field team coordination.
What you´ll do
- Ensures sales strategy development and implementation of the company products in the assigned area
- Ensures implementation for value and quantitative objectives established through / by sales plan in the assigned area
- Ensures sales forecast to avoid lack of products in stock
- Makes store-checks
- Responsible for the merchandisers activity on the assigned area
