HR Services Analyst

What this role entails :

Process :

• Manage HR processes and support for candidates, employees, managers, HR at regional and global level
• Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries
• Analyze and interpret data on given processes to produce trends and identify improvement areas
• Use data to challenge status quo and define proposals for improvements
• Perform regular internal quality audits and RCCAs
• Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to stakeholders, partners or leadership
• Develop and act as Process Expert, Regional or Global Process Owner
• Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Deliver trainings to colleagues, employees, managers, Recruitment, HR
• Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and / or enhancements of existing systems
• Identify, define, document and share best practices within the team and cross teams
• Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date
