The Business Excellence Consultant is responsible for working on all business-related improvement projects that help drive the AGT strategy and business plans!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leading and delivering improvement projects and realising measurable benefits.
- Install improvement and Lean culture principles with energy and passion into the organization, functioning as a champion for change.
- Champion and share the use of best practice methods for improvements across the business and provide evidence of real change implementation.
- Ensure that robust problem solving tools and techniques are applied in the business.
- Be able to build / design Tableau, PowerApps dashboards and able to work with various different enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP etc.
What You Bring
Degree educated in either Engineering or the sciences.Hold a valid and recognized Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, is a plus.A proven affinity with IT systems and the ability to create data solutions using relational databases, analytics software, etc, is highly desirable as well as being a confident user of MS Office tools.The candidate must have a clear passion for improving processes using the structured and disciplined methodology and must be driven by data and achieving results, with strong analytical skills.As the role depends highly on solving problems as a team and building improvements by consensus, the ideal candidate will have a demonstrable history of building working relationships, managing project teams, dealing with conflict and driving engagement.As an exceptionally well organized person, the candidate will have the ability to lead a room and to build momentum in change projects.Interest in becoming integrated in the team and attending the office (3 days per week).
