About this Position
As a Customer Excellence Representative , you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service for our allocated clients. You will be responsible for managing orders, handling correspondence related to promotional activities and complaints, and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP.
What you´ll do
- Responsible to ensure the orders processing from his assigned customers, the correspondence regarding the promotional activities and complaints.
- Ensures the processing of the assigned orders in the operating system (SAP) for the allocated customers
- Processes in SAP orders for promotional materials and products
- Issues return and correction invoices according to the information sent / approved by direct manager / sales managers / logistic manager
- Issues delivery notes and invoices, in cases established by the direct manager, according to particularities and requirements of Division activities
