Dacă domeniul auto nu are secrete pentru tine și îți dorești ca următorul tău pas în carieră să fie coordonarea unei echipe de service, ai putea fi managerul After Sales pe care îl căutăm pentru locația noastră Land Rover Jaguar București !

Profilul căutat :

Are studii superioare tehnice și bune abilități de comunicare în limba engleză;
Are experiență relevantă în managementul unui service auto și idei inovatoare despre fluxuri și strategie în After Sales;
Are abilități de comunicare și negociere care transformă clienții în parteneri de cursă lungă;
Stăpânește pachetul MS Office.

Descrierea postului :

Coordonează întreaga activitate de service și piese din locație, având ca scop îndeplinirea obiectivelor cantitative și calitative;

Gestionează relația cu importatorul mărcilor reprezentate, asigurându-se că politicile companiei și ale importatorului sunt implementate și respectate;

Alocă resurse, propune volume de realizări, evaluează și dezvoltă echipa, monitorizându-i performanțele și oferind suport în atingerea indicatorilor alocați;

Asigură managementul relațiilor cu clienții și furnizorii.
