Travel & Event Coordinator / Office Management

Our client is looking for a Travel & Event Coordinator / Office Management  with experience in the organization of business trips and events.

Department : Administration / Customer Support

Locations : Cluj-Napoca

Remote status : Hybrid

Employment type : Full-time

About the team : A motivated team in a newly established service center awaits you, with international cooperation, room for initiative and a modern working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Planning and booking of all business trips for C-Level and executives.
• Researching and selecting optimal travel routes as well as hotels, flights, rail connections, rental cars and limousine services.
• Obtaining visas / entry requirements and coordinating with travel agencies, hotels and service providers.
• Support with last-minute rebookings and special requests.
• Support in planning international company events and carrying out preliminary clarifications.
• Organization of events from small team meetings to major events.
