Recruiter4You is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming group managing a range of successful platforms across the globe. We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support their continued international expansion, with a focus on recruiting and managing high-performing affiliate partnerships across both established and emerging markets.

As an Affiliate Manager , you will be responsible for expanding the affiliate network, managing day-to-day partner activities, and optimizing performance with a data-led, ROI-focused approach. You will act as the key point of contact for affiliate partners, collaborating across departments to ensure successful campaigns and seamless communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively recruit and onboard new affiliates through multiple acquisition channels
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
- Manage international affiliate activities, focusing on high-performance and profitable growth
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, providing tailored optimizations and incentives based on data
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting of all affiliate traffic
- Handle affiliate inquiries and disputes, coordinating with Risk, Payments, and Legal when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to develop targeted campaigns and offers
- Deliver weekly performance and activity reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure program competitiveness
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industryStrong understanding of affiliate performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and tracking platformsExisting network of media agencies, performance marketers, and affiliate partnersExperience working with the EMEA region , especially in France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, and GermanyExcellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and commission structuresConfident in analyzing ROI, optimizing budgets, and delivering reports to stakeholdersFluent in English, both written and verbalFlexible to occasionally work weekends based on business needsWhat’s on Offer
