What this role is about?

Business Expert Manager manages the implementation of major functional projects / initiatives. Being the expert in business processes and system functionalities in his area of specialization, you will provide consultancy on complex / critical issues to Business Technology Service teams and consultancy to business, bringing forward new functionality and / or solutions to ensure corresponding business functions can meet their established objectives in a timely manner.

What will you do?

• Work with key stakeholders from the business to identify the critical business requirements and to determine if the innovation path exists or can be integrated to improve business results. You will work with the business and IT teams to ensure that they have a clear understanding of what the market and IT suppliers are offering and participate in implementation initiatives
• Drive the implementation of approved key / major functional projects / initiatives : new system functionality implementation ,and major business process redesign
• Act as a senior business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality. Work proactively with the business to enhance / optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area
• Provide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelines
• Manage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit / gap and configuration, unit and integration testing, data migration
• Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality (SAP or others) to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements
• Being responsible for defining together with other IT groups the innovation and digitalization program in the Finance performance area , being up to date in the AI concepts , Machine Learning, Robotics, and other solutions. Participate in definition of solution innovation roadmap
