Technical Customer Support Representative role with a confidential international home appliances company, providing German-language voice support and technical troubleshooting for customers. Model: On-site Bucharest for first 3 months → hybrid possible (performance dependant & not granted / guaranteed by default!). Location: Bucharest, Romania Language: German C1 — English not required Salary: 7,250 RON gross + allowances + performance bonuses Signing Bonus: €3,000 gross Relocation: €500 gross/month rent support for 6 months + transportation Start: 7 September HC: 2–3 FTEs Operating hours: - Monday–Friday: 09:00–22:00 - Saturday: 09:00–19:00 Working hours are unevenly distributed within these windows In short: German C1 + Technical Customer Support + Voice + Home Appliances + Bucharest + Relocation Package

Benefits:
