The candidate must have a proven track record in building, executing, and reporting on through-the-line marketing campaigns from start to finish, as well as hands-on digital marketing expertise.Your role will involve managing B2B marketing activities for the OLX brand across four key areas : Jobs, Parts, Goods, and Services.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

• Create, implement, and measure the B2B Marketing strategy in Romania, Portugal & Bulgaria;
• Manage the budget for all B2B marketing initiatives;
• Drive the GTM strategy and lead generation for marketing;
• Collaborate with other brand marketing team members, including CRM & Performance Marketing Teams;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as go-to-market, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach for B2B clients;
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives;
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of B2B / B2C marketing campaigns / initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly;
• Create and implement with agencies the B2B Social Media and PR strategy;
• Plan and execute events, workshops, webinars, or conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads;
• Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and white papers.
