Role Overview :
As a Customer Support Advisor , you’ll be the key connection between customers and the brand. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients through digital channels, offering product information, resolving delivery and account inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions.

Qualifications :
