What's this role about?
The People Services Specialist focusing on the Integrations projects (M&A) is supporting the Endava HR team in migrating to Oracle HCM of the HR-related data and aligning the HR processes across all legal entities.
Your main focus will be on integrations, with tasks including : +Supporting capturing the main gaps in processes, procedures, and policies betweenEndava and local rules
Support OSC and local teams in obtaining the same understanding of specific technicalrequirements
Providing details that would support validation of the OSC solution on local mattersCapture the technical solution requirement in Functional SpecificationsPrepare build files and support OSC with the related queriesOnboard local teams on the Integration planOrganize and perform as-needed SIT testingSupporting the validation of the defects raised and the solution provided up to theclosure of the issue
Onboard BAU resources supporting SIT on Integration specifics and overall planOrganize and perform training on technology, processes, and policies for local teamsOrganize and support the teams performing UAT as per the after Go live plansOrganize and support the data migration processOrganize and support Cutover rehearsalsGuide the local teams on overcoming the technical and process challenges that occur in the Integration processPerform SOX training on IPE for data migration filesSupport Go live activitiesGuide local teams into the Endava processes and proceduresOffers support on building the specific HR files as per agreed requirementsSupport on After Go live activitiesBeyond integrations, a People Services Specialist's day may also include : +Answers routine HR inquiries and undertake duties that require knowledge of established departmental procedures and familiarity with HR operations and activities.Maintains the HR database - HCM updated and provides regular and ad-hoc reports for data analysisPrepares work contracts, addendums, and work contract terminationRegisters and maintains accurate data on various 3rd parties-providers platforms, depending on location (ex. SDWorx, Standard Life, HMRC)Monthly briefs finance about new employees, leavers, salary, grade changes, or any otheremployment issues
Briefs Endava ITS about new starters, leavers, or other employment-related changesResponsible for compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping in HCMDraft and update HR standard procedures (SOP’s)Performs UAT’s in HCMParticipates in specific work projects as determined by the line manager and performs other related duties as assignedWhat skills and experience do you need?
What the ideal candidate will bring to the table : +Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similarAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HR professional role in a multinational companyPrevious experience with post-merger integrations is considered a plusExperience working with Oracle HCM or a similar ERP is considered a plusExcellent reporting and Excel skillsA passion for working with dataPrevious experience in HR transformation projects is a plusA general understanding of business and business skillsResilience in the face of changeAn open-minded and structured approachDemonstrated attention to detailsMust be tactful and diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organizationIs people-oriented, flexible, and mindful of company resourcesAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & RomanianIs highly self-motivated and dedicated, serious work ethic, and has the ability to think and adapt quicklyWhat's in it for you?
