The Head of Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for team management, project management, business continuity, procurement activities, and strategic development of the IT infrastructure and operations environment.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Manages all IT technical operations, including infrastructure, applications, and    middleware;
• Oversees software configuration, integration, and implementation;
• Provides full support (24 / 7) for all IT systems and applications;
• Develops and implements strategic goals and operational plans;
• Monitors and reports infrastructure status to ensure 100% business continuity;
• Ensures the technical team is trained and up-to-date with current technologies;
• Supports planning and implementation of new or upgraded systems;
• Coordinates with IT staff and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations;
• Drives process improvement and operational changes in alignment with business          strategy.
